Your data

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Pixenza collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the forms you complete here.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you use the order or contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number, the option you chose, and any message you write. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, process your bootcamp place, arrange payment and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running Pixenza.

How long we keep it

Records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet our administrative and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it — email [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where the law requires disclosure.
